I had some doubts regarding custom reverse proxy configuration, ports, and SSL setup for my Lavalink bot hosting. Abdelrahman answered right away, guided me to the exact feature on the Apollo panel, and provided a straightforward guide that solved my issue in minutes. Outstanding customer support!

i had multiple issues getting a modpack to launch. the support person i had, Miguel, was an absolute legend. Miguel fixed both the issues. he was very helpful, professional, and all sorts of other positive things. id even say that he should get a raise, lmao.. anyways, 10/10 experience.. sparked host has customer support that can rival steams customer support!

They took multiple days posting my payment to my account. I asked for a refund and they just stopped responding. I never even got to use them as an actual host due to this. Would not recommend overall. Seems silly to stop responding over $5, but it's the lack of reply that made me post this review. There's a million hosts, use any other.
