Executive team
The two owners of RankRack Ltd. Every moderation decision and every policy on this site is answerable to one of them.
Bradley Pincott
Co-founder
Works with providers coming onto the platform, and is the second signature on provider approvals and appeals.
Kade Terpstra
Co-founder
Builds and runs the platform. Also owns Wrenchy Productions, which sells none of the services RankRack reviews and is declared on the transparency page.
Who answers for a decision
Only the two owners can approve or deny a provider page, and no account of any kind can move a rating - that is a property of how the scores are calculated rather than a rule somebody follows. Staff accounts carry named capabilities, every moderation action is written to an audit trail, and a staff member connected to a company can be recused from it.
RankRack Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17378395. If a decision on this site was wrong, it was ours, and there is no editorial board to hide behind. How the numbers are worked out is set out in full.
